My two largest passions are photography and travel. I'm always excited when I get to combine the two. Last winter I took a trip to Italy and took a ton of pictures. I created a blurb book about the experience and have been waiting to do it again.
Well, next fall I will be traveling to South America and, as before, I plan on photography being the main focus of my trip. This time I want to document all of my photography related activities as I do them. From start to finish, from picking up UV filters to printed a photo book, I will record every photography activity I take so that others can learn and embark on their own successful and amazing photography trip.

The Ultimate Photo Trip Category As for this trip. I will be visiting Macchu Picchu, Peru and the Galapagos Islands, Equador. While I have a lot of preparation to do over the next 10 months, from a photography standpoint, here are my thoughts and my initial list.
My Thoughts
Ok, so I'm going to be taking pictures of everything from wide mountain ranges to wildlife to local people. I will need lenses and practice at both so that I get it right when I'm there. I will also need to transport my gear and be able to cope with any possible weather issues. I have to research more and, as I do, I will write down what I learn here.
